This is the most common comment we receive when meeting with potential candidates - and it’s our FAVORITE.
The experts have been screaming for years that 30% of all healthcare spending is total waste, so we simply decided not to waste AND run incredibly efficient.
Our take is that we simply reimagined what’s possible if we’re not motivated by profit and not beholden to insurance companies or private equity/venture capital funding.
We are fully transparent with our model, operations, financials, etc. We’re not trying to convince anyone of anything, we are trying to provide an offering that delivers serious value to clinician and clients.

What is the Clinician Split & Expense Breakdown?
Session Fee: Set by the clinician and can be changed with 30 days' notice to existing clients.
10% of the session fee goes to the eTherapyCare.
0.8-4% fee goes to payment processor. We anticipate this to decrease as we achieve enterprise volume targets. The Only Mandatory Expense: 0.8% Online Payment Processing Fee (for ACH/Bank transfers only; no cards). Optional: 4% Payment Processing Fee (clients can pay by debit/credit card/ach). This fee goes to the payment processor and WILL REDUCE as we achieve enterprise level with STRIPE.
OPTIONAL: Marketing/Promotion - not needed for clinicians joining with existing panels. This is only temporary and removed once clinician is ramped. If selected, we present clinician with a marketing/promo plan for their approval. This fee ENDS once clinician panel is filled.
WEEKLY EXAMPLE:
Gross Revenue: $3,000 (20 clients/week at $150/session)
OPTION 1 (ACH ONLY): After 90% clinician share & ACH transfer fee (0.8%): Take-home: $3000 - 10% - 0.8% = $2,676 ($3,000 × 0.892 = $2,676).
OPTION 2 (ACH + Marketing): After 90% clinician share, ACH transfer fee (0.8%), and $160/month marketing: Take-home: $3000 - 10% - $35/wk - 0.8% = $2,676 (($3,000 × 0.892) - (4/$150)) = $2,641).
OPTION 3 (Credit/Debit/ACH + NO Marketing): After 90% clinician share, 4% payment processing fee (credit card, no marketing). Take-home: $3000 - 10% - 4% = $2,676 ($3,000 × 0.86 = $2,580).
OPTION 4 (Credit/Debit/ACH + Marketing): After 90% clinician share, 4% payment processing fee, and $160/month marketing. Take-home: $3000 - 10% - 4% - $35/wk = $2,676 (($3,000 × 0.86) - (4/$150)) = $2,545).
Weekly TAKE HOME on $3,000 Gross Rev: $2,545 - $2,676.
Annualized Clinician TAKE HOME (48 work weeks at 20 sessions/wk at $150): $122,160 - $128,448
