Rhode Island Therapist near me

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but more importantly, it’s centered around you—your experiences, your needs, and your goals. I strive to create a warm, understanding environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors at your own pace.

I have a deep passion for working with the neurodivergent community, helping clients navigate life’s challenges with strategies that actually make sense for them. With a BSW and MSW from Rhode Island College School of Social Work, graduating with high honors, my work has taken me into a variety of settings, including:

  • Outpatient therapy with clients of all ages, supporting a range of mental health needs

  • In-home therapy and life coaching for individuals experiencing first-episode psychosis

  • Therapeutic school counseling, helping students in Rhode Island and Massachusetts

  • Community advocacy, including launching Shower to Empower, Rhode Island’s first mobile shower trailer for individuals experiencing homelessness

At the core of my work is the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly listens and meets you where you are, I’d love to connect.
